Expect to leave armed with some fresh knowledge of social history and, most likely, a hunger for a plate of piping hot biscuits. - Pioneer Press
Betty Crocker has helped shape America’s homes, kitchens, and recipes for over a century. Surprising to many, she was not a real person! As a radio and television personality, a letter-writing confidante, and a relatable icon, “Betty” has impacted multiple generations. Enjoy last season’s runaway hit, and experience this musical treat Star Tribune called, “entertainingly provocative and, well, delish.” You will be singing along and craving to bake with Betty as it examines the lives of women and society throughout the past 100 years.

Audiences Call It
- I saw the play last year and again this year. The all-female cast is excellent; their voices are Broadway-worthy, and the play is a commentary on women's place in the working world. "I Am Betty" makes you reflect.
- [It's] such a perfect blend of history and entertainment!
- Wonderful history backdrop to provide depth to Betty's story.
- I was entertained and got warm fuzzies. The story of the concept [that] comes to life, Betty Crocker, is essentially about human perseverance and ingenuity for comfort and independence.
