On the street
Downtown parking meters in St. Paul
- Enforced 8:00 am - 10 pm Mon-Sat.
- Parking meter rates are $2/hour until 6 pm; and $1/hour 6 pm - 10 pm. If there is an event, the rate increases to $3.75/hour.
- Metered parking spaces are available on Wabasha, Exchange, and 10th Streets, but depending on the construction, detours, or other events parking can be extremely limited; if you want to park on the street please give yourself extra time.
