A Historic Night Out: A Vibrant Evening of Celebration!
Your presence is requested at History Theatre's Annual Benefit at 317 on Rice Park which raises funds in support of our investments in local artists and new play development.
For 48 years History Theatre has been a powerful voice for storytelling, bringing our shared history to life on stage. With a mission of exploring the people and events of our past while entertaining, educating, and inspiring audiences, we have developed and produced new works that create meaningful connections between history and today. Productions like A Unique Assignment and the upcoming Secret Warriors amplify the voices of individuals and communities who are often underrepresented in the performing arts. Your support helps expand this vital library of plays, ensuring that these stories are passed down for future generations.

The Evening
- 5 p.m. - Cocktails, Hors d'oeuvres, Silent Auction
- 6 p.m. - Seated Dinner followed by a live program emceed by Jen Burleigh-Bentz with performances from History Theatre artists and a Live Auction
The Emcee
We’re thrilled to welcome back performer, musician, and Twin Cities icon Jen Burleigh-Bentz to emcee our evening of festivities. An audience favorite at History Theatre, you may have seen Jen perform in The Defeat of Jesse James, Sisters of Swing, Hormel Girls, and Beyond the Rainbow among many other productions. Jen has toured internationally and performed for years on Broadway stages.

Individual Tickets ($125)
- Admission for one to the event and a meal
VIP Tickets ($250)
- Admission for one to the event, a meal, one complimentary drink, a VIP gift
Host ($500)
- Admission for one to the event, a meal, one complimentary drink, a VIP gift, and special recognition in event signage
Table Sponsor ($2,500)
- Admission for 10 individuals and the following for each person: a meal, one complimentary drink, a VIP gift, and special recognition at the table and in event signage
