Ron Peluso Artistic Futures Fund
Support Working Artists at History Theatre
In honor of Ron’s 27 years of leadership and his upcoming retirement, we are establishing the Ron Peluso Artistic Futures Fund. Donations to this fund will support the salaries of actors, musicians, designers, directors, choreographers, technicians, and other production staff for the mainstage shows.
Since Ron's first season, more than 3,000 theatre artists have worked at History Theatre. He has commissioned more than 100 new plays; each providing work and compensation to a playwright with a long-term impact of providing employment for dozens of artists as the script makes it a journey from page to stage.
Over the past decade, we have prioritized competitive salaries and been able to expand our impact through the employment of larger casts and additional support for productions. This fund is an investment in ongoing opportunities for individual theater artists to work at History Theatre and a small way to honor Ron's legacy and commitment to providing a welcoming and equitable place to work for all artistic collaborators.
